Cornerstone Notary Services, LLC provides professional, mobile notarial and officiant services throughout Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne Counties, Michigan. Below is a full breakdown of what we offer.

Loan Signings & Real Estate Closings

• As a certified Loan Signing Agent (LSS), I guide borrowers through every document in the closing package with clarity, patience, and precision -- wherever and whenever your closing takes place. Available for refinances, purchases, and equity loan signings.

Affidavits & General Notarizations

• From sworn statements to everyday notarizations, Cornerstone brings mobile convenience directly to you -- no need to track down a notary during business hours or take time off work.

• Fee: $10 per notarial act/signature (Michigan's legal maximum), plus $25 travel fee within 15 miles of Shelby Township, plus $1/mile beyond that.

• What to Bring: A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID).

I-9 Employment Verification

• Serving as an authroized representative for employers with remote hires, Cornerstone Notary Services reviews required identificaton documents in person and completes Section 2 of Form I-9 acurately and promptlly -- keeping your onboarding on schedule.

• Please Note: Per USCIS guidelines, Form I-9 does not require a notarial act or notary seal. As your authroized representative, I verify identity documents and complete Section 2 only -- I will not affix a notary seal to this form, as do so is not appropriate or required.

• Fee: $30 flat verification fee, plus a $25 travel fee within 15 miles of Shelby Township (plus $1/mile beyond that).

Wedding Officiating

• Ordained through American Marriage Ministries, I offer warm, personalized wedding ceremonies for couples throughout Metro Detroit -- secular, spiritual, or anything in between.

• Simple Ceremony - $175

  • A beautifully simple option for intimate ceremonies and elopements. Includes a lightly customized ceremony script and performance of your ceremony. Best suited for gatherings of up to 30 guests, without a rehearsal.

  • Classic Ceremony - $300

  • Our most popular package. Includes a consultation to discuss your vision, a fully customized ceremony script written collaboratively with you, and performance of your ceremony.

• Ceremony + Rehearsal - $400

  • Everything in the Classic Ceremony, plus attendance and coordination at your rehearsal - ideal for larger wedding parties or ceremonies with more moving pieces.

All wedding packages include proper filing of your marriage license with the county after the ceremony. Travel within 25 miles of Shelby Township is included; travel beyond that is billed at $1/mile. See our FAQ for more details, including destination wedding policies.
